Master Butcher After finishing school in Yr 10, Joel started out his apprenticeship at a Local Butcher shop and has now been in the industry for over 20 years. Joel and his wife Lisa purchased East Side Butchery in February 2017 and are both so passionate about providing quality products and customer service to local Restaurants and the community. Joel and his team strive to offer a selection of superior meats with high service standards to the local community. It is for that reason that he has built a solid network and is able to share his passion with hundreds of customers every week. |
